Question 1

What is a wellness bucks or hens party in Melbourne?

Accepted Answer

A wellness bucks or hens party swaps the pub crawl for a feel-good fitness and recovery experience. At SALT Movement & Recovery in Melbourne your group moves together through private training or a run, then unwinds in the sauna, steam room, magnesium hot spas and ice baths. A celebration your crew will actually remember (and feel great the next day).

Question 2

What's included in a SALT bucks & hens package?

Accepted Answer

Every package is fully customised, and can include 1–2 nights on-site accommodation at Pullman East Melbourne, catered meals, your own private group HQ, a private Strength & Conditioning or Run Club session, unlimited wellness gym floor access and unlimited Recovery Spa access.

Question 3

Do you host hens parties as well as bucks parties?
